While her baby daddy, ex Adam Lind, remained behind bars on Sunday after his latest arrest, Chelsea Houska spent the day in the sun looking slim and sexy — and only RadarOnline.com has all the details about how the former Teen Mom 2 star got so fit.

The mother of 4-year-old Aubree shared a selfie that showed off her taut stomach— and sassy attitude— with her Instagram followers on June 29.

“Haven’t had a Sunday funday in a looong a** time,” said the busy Teen Mom 2 star, who currently works as a cosmetologist at Sioux Falls, South Dakota’s Body Sculpting Day Spa. “And damn do I need it!”

The 22-year-old and her best pal Chelsey hit the pool at the new four-bedroom home she shares with her adorable daughter, who spent the weekend with Lind’s parents.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the previously curvy Houska vowed to get fit last year— and stuck to her word.

“Chelsea goes to the gym 4-5 times a week,” a friend of the reality star tells Radar, adding that she takes group classes at Kosama fitness center in her native Sioux Falls. “She loves kickboxing, cardio and weight-lifting.”

And according to the friend, Houska has ditched her beloved pizza for lots of fruits and veggies.

“Chelsea makes nutritious meals for herself and Aubree,” the insider explains. “She makes veggie juice every morning. Aubree loves her broccoli!”

Though she must be thrilled with the physical results, it seems Houska’s happiest knowing her daughter respects her new healthy lifestyle.

“Tonight Aubree came to the gym with me and when we left she told me I was a ‘beautiful, superhero mommy,’” she tweeted on June 10. “Made me feel so good!”
