Immersed in a few scandals as of late, Justin Bieber could probably use a break, which is exactly what he got Thursday when the court decided not to file felony charges against him for an alleged attempted robbery.

District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison declined to file charges because of insufficient evidence, according to E! News. Instead, the court has referred the case to the city attorney for misdemeanor consideration.
