Does Kris Humphries have herpes? That's the question at the center of a lawsuit from the NBA baller's former one-night stand, Kayla Goldberg, who claims he gave her the STD. Kim Kardashian's ex-husband has denied he was infected all along, and in new court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, he's finally setting the record straight - in the form of negative test results.

With that evidence in mind - and Goldberg's own admission, in her deposition, that she had no reason to believe Humphries had herpes other than her own infection - Humphries' attorneys have moved to ask the judge for a summary judgment that would end the case.

The judge will give his decision on July 24.
