A hearing for Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina in her ongoing DUI case was delayed Tuesday, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Dina, who's represented by attorney Mark Heller, exited a Rolls-Royce to head into the court at 9:45 a.m. ET.
As we previously reported, police said the Long Island native was traveling at "a speed of 77 mph in a 55 mph zone," in her white BMW last Sept. 12, before she was pulled over, and eventually taken into custody.

Dina's ex Michael told us shortly after the arrest that Heller wasn't going to provide much legal help for the embattled stage parent — just the opposite, actually.
“The way she represents herself to the public and the court is one thing but it’s even worse that she has Mark Heller," he told us exclusively. “With the way he handles the case it is only going to make things worse for Dina.”
