'Glee' Star Chris Colfer Lists Hollywood Hills Starter Home For $1.15M

Glee star Chris Colfer has listed the Hollywood Hills starter home he bought just two years ago for $1.15 million and RadarOnline.com has all the photos and details.
The 2,462 square-foot home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and the interior space was recently remodeled.
Originally purchased for $860,000, the 23-year-old actor is hoping to make a hefty profit on the property.
The three-story home is gated and boasts hardwood floors throughout with sliding glass doors from the living room that lead to a deck that runs the full width of the home, hanging over the steep canyon below, The Real Estalker reports.
A large master bedroom has wide views of the canyon and skyline with a fitted walk-in closet and a triangular-shaped jet tub (almost heart-shaped) is set into an ebony pebble tile-walled corner.
The main living space on the lower level is a loft-like space with a gas fireplace, built-in sofa bench, tight dining area and a wet bar with a small wine fridge.
The kitchen has Shaker-style cherry-toned cabinetry with an oddly shaped center island with a curved glass breakfast bar — fitted with stainless steel appliances and an over-sized pantry.
