The Fashion Star beauty, and mother-of-two, is now hoping to get $6.495 million for the estate, Redfin reports, after picking it up in 2005 for $5,275,000 in the wake of her divorce from Nick Lachey.

Renowned interior designer Rachel Ashwell drew up the plans for the spacious, 5,500 sq. foot home, which comes with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Amenities in the singer's breathtaking home, built in 1991, include a media room, a library, a pool and a gym.

Ellen DeGeneres once owned it as well, from 2001 until 2003. Other famous faces in the neighborhood include mega-couple Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman, and stunning Kimora Lee Simmons, as Redfin real estate agent Corina Galen confirms the home's specific "area of Beverly Hills is dotted with homes owned by celebrities."
