The Fashion Star stunner, who's currently expecting her second baby with boyfriend Eric Johnson, initially shelled out $5,275,052 for the place, which boasts five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and was decorated by Shabby Chic Couture's Rachel Ashwell.
According to Trulia, amenities of Jessica's abode include: a koi pond, ebonized hardwood floors, high ceilings in part of the house, a restaurant-style kitchen, and a stone courtyard, among other highbrow features.
Other show biz people who have lived in the opulent home include Ellen Degeneres from 2001 until 2003, and manager Rick Yorn, who reps heavy Hollywood hitters such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Cameron Diaz.
