Jessica Simpson Drops List Price On Beverly Hills Mansion By $700,000, Take A Peek Inside

Not everything Jessica Simpson touches turns to gold.
The singer turned fashion mogul hasn't been able to unload her Beverly Hills mansion, and has decided to drop the asking price by a whopping $700,000.
Originally listed at $7.995 million, the home she purchased to live in as a single girl after her divorce from Nick Lachey, has a new price tag of $7,295, according to the real estate listing service, Redfin.
The 5,500 sq. ft. house has a giant master bedroom, gym, library and gourmet kitchen. There's a pool in the backyard, of course.
The property comes with quite a Hollywood pedigree. Ellen DeGeneres was a previous owner.
In March, Simpson purchased a home twice this size from Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne and is planning a major renovation before moving in with her two children and baby daddy Eric Johnson.
