From Hamptons To Bargains: Kelly Rutherford Adapting To Modest New Budget, Claims She Enjoys Shopping At IKEA

Kelly Rutherford seems to have learned a few financial lessons from her court-ordered money management courses, as the Gossip Girl beauty says she's furnished her new place in New York City with "a lot of trips to Ikea.
"I like the clean lines, I like the simpleness of it," she raved to the NY Post about the affordable home furnishings from the Swedish manufacturer. "CB2, all that stuff. I mix it with other things.”

As we previously reported, the actress declared bankruptcy in the wake of her losing custody battle with ex-husband Daniel Giersch over their children, son Hermes and daughter Helena.
She recently sold her West Hollywood bungalow to the tune of a $300,000 loss.
The actress, 44, told the paper she enjoys the moving process.
“I’ve moved so many times in my life, it’s actually purifying. I love going through my closets and cleaning things," she said. "Every time you move, you do weed out a lot of stuff.”
