Rihanna's summer tour continues to spiral out of control with late nights, drinking and alleged drug use leading to substantial delays which has many fans upset and concerned.
But now, Rihanna's Roc Nation boss and mentor, Jay-Z, says he's not going to stage any intervention for his protégée, because she has to learn whatever lessons this period holds for her herself.
"That's not my place …" he told Hot 97 DJ Angie Martinez in an interview. "I can't control the outcome of her life."

He insisted, "I can't intervene. I can give advice when asked, and that's it. I can provide information and then life has to play out. Life has to happen."
Rihanna performed with Jay-Z during the Legends of Summer concert with Justin Timberlake in London last night and is set to play Manchester on Monday night.
