As we previously reported, the 18-year-old said she feels "more sexy," "more like a woman," and "very confident" since undergoing the surgery, which was performed by Dr. Stuart Linder, and it's clear she's not shy about showing off!
Courtney, who's married to 53-year-old character actor Doug Hutchison, compared her frame to that of cartoon character Jessica Rabbit since the procedure.
“Courtney has always been honest with the public and her fans," her mother Krista told RadarOnline.com. "She wanted to make sure she keeps that up by telling them that she did it and why.”
