Just how drunk was Reese Witherspoon's husband when the two were pulled over in Atlanta on April 19? RadarOnline.com has obtained exclusive police dash cam footage of the moment cops witnessed Jim Toth's car swerving in and out of his lane and pulled the pair over.

At the beginning of the video clip the police car is seen sitting at a red light and when it turns green, the silver Ford Focus driven by Jim whizzes by. The police car follows the car until the two come to rest at another red light and when the light turns green Jim's car is seen swerving over the white dividing line between two lanes and then along the other side over the double yellow line dividing the two-way street.

Jim's car bobs and weaves over the double yellow line, narrowly missing on-coming traffic, for approximately a minute and a half before the cop turns on his lights — at which time Reese's husband blatantly goes through a red light to pull the car over.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Reese admitted in a public statement that her self-righteous behavior and unwillingness to cooperate with police — which resulted in her arrest on a disorderly conduct charge — was caused by having "one too many" alcoholic beverages.

The same can be said for her husband Jim, who after failing a field sobriety test was arrested on a DUI charge.

In dash cam footage previously published by RadarOnline.com, Reese appears so intoxicated that she tries to convince the officer driving her to the police station that she's pregnant!

"You're pregnant, I'll take better care of you," Corporal M. Land told the 37-year-old star.

"That's right," replied Witherspoon.

Insisting she got out of the car while her husband was doing his field sobriety test because she had to use the bathroom Witherspoon tells the officer, "That’s the only reason I got out of the car."

"I told the gentleman that I needed to use the restroom when he arrested me. I wouldn't want to be rude or have an accident in your car. He didn't seem to understand that I needed to use the restroom."

The good-humored corporal, who admitted to being a fan of Sweet Home Alabama, told her, "If you do pee in my seat, I won't hold it against you!"
