This should go like (grease) lightening.

Australian singer Olivia Newton-John has listed her $6.2 million nature inspired waterfront estate situated on the turquoise blue waters of the Intracoastal Waterway in Florida, an area where she counts professional golfers Tiger Woods, Nick Price, ex-NBA star Michael Jordan and musicians Celine Dion and Kid Rock as neighbors.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom property -- complete with views of historic Jupiter Lighthouse -- is steps to pristine beach and ocean and recently had more than $2 million spent on renovations.

According to the listing agent, ONJ's 6,38-square foot private Xanadu has lush tropical landscaping and its own "incredible backyard with kayak beach, crystal clear water for snorkeling and a dock for up to 80' boat."

Olivia and her husband, John Easterling, purchased the home in June 2009 for $4.1 million.

It's been a difficult month for the 64-year-old four-time Grammy award

winner: The US-based Australian-born singer revealed her sister Rona Newton-John's battle with brain cancer in late April.
