Lindsay Lohan's leading man in The Canyons slammed the actress for her diva-like attitude and acting like a child on set, but now James Deen tells RadarOnline.com in an exclusive video interview that he misses Lindsay and wishes her well in rehab.

James, also known for starring in Farrah Abraham's first porn flick Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, explained to RadarOnline.com that after dealing with a reality TV star, Lindsay doesn't seem so bad.

"Honestly, after this whole experience I really do miss Lindsay," he said.

"I’ve been taught that movie star and reality star is very different and I just miss Lindsay."

James admits he hasn't spoken with Lindsay about her recent legal troubles or court-ordered 90 days in rehab -- but wishes her well regardless of what he may have said about her in the past.

"I haven’t spoken to Lindsay in a while. So I don’t know what’s going on in Lindsay’s life," he said.

"But she’s amazing and I hope she does well.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lindsay reluctantly checked into the Betty Ford Center late Thursday night after fleeing from her initial rehab center in Newport Beach, California.

According to a letter from her current rehab facility in Rancho Mirage, Calif., Lindsay will not be permitted to step foot outside the treatment center for her entire 90-day rehab stint.

“It is understood by the Betty Ford Center that your client is to remain on premises for the duration of her 90-day stay in treatment,” Leslie Place, a case manager at the Betty Ford Center, wrote in a letter to Lindsay's lawyer on Monday and tendered to the L.A. Superior Court.

“During the treatment stay each patient is assignment a treatment team, which includes a physician, nurse, psychologist, primary counselor, case manager, spiritual care counselor, family counselor, dietician, fitness trainer and chemical dependency technician."
