Padding Or Plastic Surgery? Hayden Panettiere 'Has Some Nashville-Sized Breast Implants,' Says Expert

Did Hayden Panettiere have a little help from a surgeon to achieve her new busty look?

The 23-year-old Nashville star wasn’t shy about showing off her smokin’ hot bikini body over the weekend in Miami, nearly spilling out of her skimpy fuchsia string two-piece – and her curvier appearance has at least one expert crying ‘boob job!’

"It appears that Hayden has some Nashville-sized breast implants," celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the actress, tells RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

"The wrinkles on the inner part of her breast are very consistent with wrinkles we see with saline breast implants, which can be inserted through the armpit," explained Dr. Youn, but the marks can be reduced with silicone implants, fat injections, or gaining weight.

"Implant wrinkles or not, I think Hayden looks great!" he added.

Whatever the cause of the former Heroes action star's dramatically different appearance, Panettiere -- who first provoked cosmetic surgery chatter back in 2010 -- still looked incredibly boobiful as she frolicked on the shoreline near her rumored new fiance, boxer Wladimir Klitschko’s, home.
