The multi-millionaire mom to be showed off her more modest side on Monday, gassing up her über expensive Mercedes G-Wagon all by herself - and wearing a skintight black dress and Christian Louboutin stilettos while doing so - and RadarOnline.com has the photos.
Kim, who experienced a frightening miscarriage scare last week, was clearly back in work mode as she got her luxury automobile fueled up for a day of filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians with her famous family.
Still married to Kris Humphries, the 32-year-old is expecting her first child, a baby girl, with rapper Kanye West, in July.
Since announcing her pregnancy at the end of 2012, Kim has refused to slow down her jet setting lifestyle and has been all around the world promoting her products and doing fashion shoots for magazines.
