While her ex-husband Ryan Reynolds is making a new life with Blake Lively, Scarlett Johansson hasn't moved on from their short-lived marriage and doesn't expect to anytime soon.

"I never think about marriage. Is that weird?" The Avengers star revealed in an eye-opening interview for the February issue of Elle UK.

"The only time I ever think about it is when people ask me. It's really not important to me," she said. "I'm not having kids any time soon, I'm in a nice relationship, I'm working a lot."

Her candid confession of single-dom is a far cry from Green Lantern star Reynolds current status, who made blonde beauty Blake his second bride in September, less than two years after his divorce from Scarlett was finalized.

Since the breakdown of their two-year marriage, the 28-year-old Hitchcock actress has been linked to numerous leading men including Sean Penn, advertising executive Nate Naylor, and most recently, French journalist Romain Dauriac, but none of her relationships has lasted the test of time.

"I got married when I was young and it was incredibly romantic and I liked being married, actually," Johansson told Elle UK. "But it is different. It's hard to put into words. To me, being in a functioning relationship doesn't mean you have to be married."
