Matthew Modine Pays $2.45 Million For L.A. House, Take A Peek Inside

Matthew Modine and his wife, Cari, have bought a seriously cool "couples house" in L.A.'s trendy beach area, Venice.
Contemporary in design, the 2,000 sq. ft. house, on one of Venice's famed walk streets, has heated polished concrete floors and sliding glass doors that open to a courtyard garden with a fireplace.
The master suite takes up the entire second floor and there's a bridge from the main house that leads to the second bedroom above the three-car garage.
Modine, one of Hollywood's favorite character actors, was recently seen in The Dark Knight Rises and costars in the upcoming Steve Jobs biopic with Ashton Kutcher.
