Not only did Nadya 'Octo-Mom' Suleman check into a rehab treatment facility over the weekend, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned her father, Ed Doud, was also checked in — only to check himself out on Wednesday.

Multiple sources have confirmed that when Nadya entered rehab for a Xanax addiction, Ed was checked in for alcohol abuse.

"Ed has a pretty serious drinking problem, but obviously doesn't want to help himself because he left rehab after only a few days," a source told RadarOnline.com.

"Hopefully Nadya gets the help she needs in rehab, for the sake of the children."

And while Ed has his own addictions, he was also concerned over Nadya's drinking habits and worried about her drinking and then driving the kids.

In a voicemail Ed left for a former nanny exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, he says, "I'm worried about Nadya… Sometimes she starts drinking vodka, whatever, so maybe she should not be driving."
