Matthew McConaughey may be starving himself to the point of emaciation for his latest role, but his pregnant wife Camila Alves is getting bigger and bumpier!

The 43-year-old actor, who dropped a shocking amount of weight to play a drug-using AIDS patient in The Dallas Buyers Club, looked deathly on the set of his movie over the weekend, while his gorgeous Brazilian wife showed off her growing baby bump, and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

Wearing a plaid shirt and blue jeans, McConaughey looked almost unrecognizable as he clutched onto a coffee cup on the New Orleans set of his movie, with his sunken in cheeks and toothpick legs.

Alves, who was visited her husband with their two kids, Levi and Vida, in tow, was a vision of health and beauty, flaunting her baby bump in a tight pink top and sweatpants.

McConaughey started dropping weight in July 2012 to get into character for his role, losing a total of 30 pounds.
