Mankind The Story Of Us is an epic series portraying the most exciting, jaw-clenching, action-packed moments that shaped who we are today as the human race and "the struggles that shaped our destiny."

Spanning from the first flourishing of civilization in Mesopotamia to the discovery of America, the special reveals the hardships that humans have overcome including surviving the Ice Age, the sacking of Rome, empire-building under Genghis Kahn and Constantinople's fiery downfall, to the beginnings of modern warfare and the famous Venetian bank heist.

Mankind The Story Of Us is narrated by Oscar nominee Josh Brolin and airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on the History Channel.
