Michelle Williams is finally letting go of Heath Ledger, moving out of the house she shared with the late actor and their daughter and into a home with her new beau.

Michelle, boyfriend Jason Segel and daughter Matilda Ledger have all moved into a Manhattan loft, RadarOnline.com has learned.

"Michelle, Jason and Matilda seem very happy here, the building is beautiful," a source told Mail Online. "They've been here a few months now and they look right at home."

Williams and her 6-year-old daughter who is the spitting image of the late Brokeback Mountain star had lived in a Brooklyn brownstone. The My Week With Marilyn star and Heath had bought that property in 2005. The Australian A-lister shockingly died in January 2008 at age 28 from an accidental prescription drug overdose.
