Just call him the King of Delray Beach!
Kevin James has forked out $18.5 million for an estate directly across the street from the ocean in Delray Beach, Florida.
The King of Queens star, who has become a constant on the big screen in comedies like Grown Ups, Zookeeper and The Dilemma, purchased a newly constructed 26,000 sq. ft. mansion on almost two acres.
Described as being built in Mediterranean Revival-style, the house is more than large enough for the actor, his wife Steffiana and their three children. It has eight bedrooms, nine baths, three half-baths and staff quarters.
The dining room has stone columns and a fireplace. The kitchen is massive and designed for entertaining on a grand scale. There's a library with fireplace, a wine room and professional-style spa with gym.
The saltwater pool has a cabana with kitchen and adjoins the guest house.
James' next film, Here Comes the Boom, opens October 12. He's also one of the voices in last weekend's box office winner, the animated Hotel Transylvania.
