She may be the Million Dollar Baby, but Hilary Swank is asking a cool $9.495 million for her Pacific Palisades mansion.

The two-time Oscar winner bought the California coastal home for $5.8 million in 2007 and is now hoping to make a tidy profit on the estate, reported Zillow.com.

Spanning 6,722 square feet on a third of an acre of land, Swank's elegant 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom abode boasts dark beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, wrought-iron details, a home theater, gym, guest room and pool. The master suite features a walk-in closet, enormous bathroom and attached terrace.

With a red Spanish-tiled roof, bright balconies and an expansive sun deck, the property offers breath-taking views of both the Pacific and downtown Los Angeles, and is conveniently close to a tough hiking trail for the health fanatic star.

The sale comes in the wake of the Boys Don’t Cry actress' split from longtime boyfriend, talent agent John Campisi last May.
