Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russell Slash Price Of Their Bali-Inspired Beach House: Take A Peek Inside!

Hollywood veterans Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell are having a greater struggle finding success in the real estate market than they did on the big screen, and now the couple has been forced to drop the price of their Malibu estate by $5 million.
The Buddhist theme hideaway on the tropical Broad Beach area of the California town was once on the rental market for $95,000 per month, reported Trulia Luxe Living, but has now been listed for sale at a reduced price of $9,950,000.
With the new bargain price, realtors claim the 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house is "the best priced home on the beach," thanks to an exotic redesign creating tranquil light-filled living spaces, a spacious ocean-view designer kitchen, an integrated entertainment system that includes a Creston media room, and peaceful bedroom retreats that open to balconies and courtyards.
Outside, the expansive grounds feature tranquil fountains, lush mature landscaping for added privacy, a grand oceanfront patio with covered outdoor living room and fireplace, and a grass covered fenced yard with a path across the sandy dunes.
The property features a detached 2-room guest house with full bath, and a three car garage.
The Overboard star and her longtime lover also own homes in the Pacific Palisades, Snowmass, Colorado and Manhattan.
