The X Factor judge has ditched her old pad in Calabasas, Calif., and is moving 16 miles away to a super exclusive private community in Thousand Oaks.
Britney, 30, reportedly wants to move away from the madness of Hollywood and start a new life with fiance Jason Trawick and her two boys Sean Preston, 7, and Jayden James, 6.
The 8,456-square-foot property boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a wine cellar, a home theatre and a massive infinity pool.
But the Circus singer plans to stay in a top end Los Angeles hotel while on X Factor duty.
