Bobby Brown was hit with his second DUI of the year early Wednesday in Los Angeles, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The 'Every Little Step' singer was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI around 1 a.m. PT after officers observed him swerving, police told RadarOnline.com. Brown, 44, was administered a field sobriety test.

Brown was arrested for DUI this past March, less than two months after the death of his ex-wife, Whitney Houston. The 'On Our Own' singer also had a DUI in 1996.

In August, we exclusively reported that Brown's loved ones were concerned his court-ordered stint in rehab did not make enough of an impact.

“Bobby’s family and friends are terrified, despite his pleas that he’s sober, that he will fall off the wagon once again," a source told us. “They’re not sure if he was ever serious about conquering his demons, and have voiced their concerns."
