Oh, Mickey Rourke, you used to be so fine!

The actor, who turned 60 this month, hit the New York premiere of Black November on Wednesday night, stealing the attention from his costar Kim Basinger by showing off a brand new, lippy look, and RadarOnline.com has the shocking photos.

The Academy Award winning actor and former heartthrob, who has copped to going under the knife several times over the years to fix the damage done to his face during his brief boxing career in the 1990s, appeared to have bigger lips than usual and had strange-looking marks on his top lip.

Though Rourke was wearing oversized sunglasses most of the night, he briefly took them off, revealing his tired looking eyes.

Basigner, who reunited with her 9 1/2 Weeks costar for the film, looked sophisticated as she posed for photos on the red carpet, wearing a black suit with a white silk blouse.
