‘Slimmed-Down’ Jessica Simpson Steps Out In NY With Fiance

After proudly unveiling her svelte figure on Katie Couric's new talk show, Jessica Simpson and fiance Eric Johnson went out for a bite at New York eatery Tiny's Monday night, and we've got the brand new photos on RadarOnline.com.
The beauty wore a green and purple print dress, while former San Francisco 49er Eric wore a plaid shirt and brown pants on the outing in the Tribeca neighborhood.
As we previously reported, Jessica unveiled her significant weight loss (estimated at 40 pounds) Monday, four months after giving birth to her baby girl Maxwell Drew Johnson.
The 32-year-old celebrity -- who says she's 10 pounds removed from her goal weight -- admitted she was "very nervous" about Monday's highly-awaited appearance, which coincided with the premiere of her new Weight Watchers commercial.
In the spot, she announces, “There is a lot of pressure to lose weight but I’m not a supermodel I’m just Jessica trying to eat real food in the real world … so I knew Weight Watchers was the only way to go. It’s working. I’m on my way and it feels amazing.”
