Dr. Paul Nassif requested temporary custody of his three sons and for a judge to order his estranged wife, Adrienne Maloof, out of the family mansion so he can move back in, during court proceedings Friday, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
The judge denied Nassif's petition, though, ruling there is no proof of any harm being caused to the children while under Adrienne's care.
Nassif's attorney, Lisa Helfend Meyers argued that there has been a significant pattern of physical and emotional abuse towards him by Adrienne and that their children have witnessed it. Maloof is currently attempting to sell the Beverly Park mansion they live in, and which is in her name only, but Paul is trying to move back into the house.
As previously reported, Nassif filed for divorce from Adrienne last Monday, August 27, citing "irreconcilable differences."
