Judge Blocks Toddlers & Tiaras Mom From Putting Daughter In Pageants!

Toddlers & Tiaras star Maddy Jackson’s mother Lindsay Jackson has been slapped with a gag order and been told by a judge that she cannot put her daughter into child beauty pageants as her custody battle heats up, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The bitter custody fight between Lindsay and her ex Bill Verst was first reported by RadarOnline.com, and sources close to Lindsay say that she is fuming over the judge’s latest ruling.
“What kind of judge tells a parent what kind of extracurricular activity they can put their child in? Pageants aren’t illegal and they’re not harming Maddy,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.
“This is no different from soccer or swimming or gymnastics and it is taking away Lindsay’s right to parent. The government should not be involved in this at all!”
Maddy’s father Bill Verst, who is on probation for a DUI and is a convicted felon, has never had custody of their six-year-old daughter, and Lindsay told RadarOnline.com before the gag order that he has supported their daughter being in pageants since she was 13 months old.
The next hearing in the case is August 31, and until then Maddy isn’t allowed to participate in any child beauty pageants.
Lindsay, who dressed her daughter up like Dolly Parton with fake boobs and a fake butt for a pageant, previously told RadarOnline.com that her daughter loves the pageants, and “would do them every weekend if I let her.” She also denied claims that she is sexually exploiting her daughter.

"Maddy has been doing pageants since she was a baby and this is the first time Bill has ever said I'm a bad mother," Lindsay told RadarOnline.com before the gag order.
"He never made an argument about it until the show aired, and now he's trying to say that she's sexualized and that I'm trying to exploit her and I'm not!"
