Jenny McCarthy & Chicago Bear Brian Urlacher Call It Quits

Jenny McCarthy and Chicago Bears superstar Brian Urlacher have called it quits.
The Playboy cover girl started a relationship with Urlacher, 34, sometime in April and began the process of relocating to Chicago to be near him, but issued a statement on Thursday revealing they'd broken up.
"Brian and I have decided to turn our romance into an amazing friendship," Jenny's rep said.
"I will continue to be the biggest cheerleader for him. Go, Bears!"
Jenny will celebrate her milestone 40th birthday in November — single and ready to mingle.
