As Radar was first to report, prescription pill bottles were found in Sage's bedroom but it didn't appear that it was a suicide. "There were a number of prescription bottles found at the scene but it did not appear to be suicide and no note was found," a source previously said.
"Sage will be buried on Saturday. His body was picked up from the coroner by a mortuary that is based in Westwood earlier this week. The funeral will be private and it will be family and friends only and will be celebration of his life," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.
Stallone's rep, Michelle Bega, released a statement last Friday afternoon following the shocking news of the 36-year-old's death: "Sylvester Stallone is devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss of his son Sage Stallone. His compassion and thoughts are with Sage's mother, Sasha. Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man. His loss will be felt forever."
