Miley Cyrus is a Pretty Woman walking down the street in thigh high stripper boots and RadarOnline.com has a photo of her risque look!
The 19-year-old singer/actress was spotted on the streets of New York City in a pair of black patent leather boots that were reminiscent of Julia Roberts’ famous footwear from her Oscar nominated role as a prostitute.
Miley has been hitting the gym hard in Los Angeles recently and she showed off her toned body with a pair of teeny tiny shorts.
Engaged to Australian hottie Liam Hemsworth, the former Disney star strutted while carrying a large trash bag.
Miley went shoe shopping later in the day where she tried on a pair of smaller boots, which hardly compare to the fabulous pair she wore to the store!
