Jackson Family Fiasco Hits L.A. Court

UPDATE: The judge has also given T.J. Jackson temporary authorization to make any of the decisions for the children; and he will move into the Calbasas house with his family. Katherine's attorney said he doesn't have any issue with the orders regarding the kids.
UPDATE: The judge stripped Katherine Jackson of guardianship, not because of wrongdoing on her part, but because of the situation.
UPDATE: T.J. Jackson was approved as temporary guardian for the kids.
UPDATE: All of the attorneys involved confirmed to the judge that police have been contacted in the matter. The Judge ordered all parties to return in 30 days to discuss further custody issues. Security issues are being discussed.
UPDATE: The children's guardian ad litem Margaret Lodise said Paris, Blanket and Prince could hear others on the phone when they were talking to Katherine last night.
UPDATE: T.J.'s attorney is suggesting that Katherine was trying to talk to him in code because she was being held against her will.
UPDATE: Sanders said that Katherine is now on her way back to L.A., and said she had no phone in her room. T.J. is now telling Judge Mitchell Beckloff that when he talked to his grandmother last night, it was "very strange," and he "never heard her talk like that."
UPDATE: Katherine's lawyer Perry Sanders says he went to an Arizona spa where Katherine is staying, and spoke to Jermaine and Janet Jackson, though wasn't allowed to see Katherine.

UPDATE: The judge asked why Debbie Rowe also wasn't given notice, and said she should have, in regards to the hearing.
UPDATE: Katherine Jackson's attorney said Katherine is being held against her will.
UPDATE: T.J.'s petition for temp guardianship wasn't heard, because Diana Ross wasn't given notice of the hearing. Officials noted the three kids cannot be taken from the state of California without a court order.
UPDATE: The Jackson hearing has begun in an open court. Noteworthy is that legendary singer Diana Ross — whom the late Michael Jackson designated as second guardian of his kids (to Katherine) — wasn't even informed of Wednesday's court date.
