Rep. Barney Frank Marries Jim Ready

Rep. Barney Frank made history again yesterday.
The outspoken Frank became the first openly gay Congressman 25 years ago. Yesterday he became the first member of Congress to celebrate a same sex marriage when he wed Jim Ready during a low-key ceremony in Newton, Mass.
Frank, 72, and Ready, 42, met seven years ago and have been a couple for the last five.
They wrote their own vows and promised love each other "on MSNBC or on Fox” and “in Congress or in retirement, and exchanged weddings bands made of black diamonds set in tungsten.
