Clint Eastwood’s daughter Morgan is struggling to deal with growing up as a celebrity child, and she’s so distraught over her reputation that she admits “it’s harder for me to be normal and just fit in.”
In an exclusive sneak peek of the upcoming Mrs. Eastwood & Company Morgan bursts into tears while fighting with her mother Dina Eastwood after she thinks she embarrassed her in front of an older classmate.
“Because of who my father is it’s harder for me to be normal and fit in and I just don’t know why she doesn’t get it but I just know people at my school they’re going to tell people and no one was going to let me live this down,” Morgan says.
Dina is furious about her declaration that “we’re different than other people,” telling her daughter “no we are not and don’t ever forget it!”
The reality show star then explains how she and her Oscar winning husband have handled their fame.
“Clint and I raised Morgan to not expect special treatment. I don’t buy into the celebrity thing; Clint sure doesn’t buy into it. Part of me feels like I failed as a parent because I feel like Moragn is going to go face the world without the skills to be strong.”
Mrs. Eastwood & Company airs Sunday, July 15 at 10pm on E!.
