Beyonce and Jay-Z's six-month old daughter Blue Ivy is destined never to be wanting for anything, and her first summer at the beach is no different!

The first family of hip-hop have opted to escape the heat of New York City by renting out an enormous Hamptons estate coined the Sandcastle, and RadarOnline.com has photos inside the vacation hideaway.

With a jaw-dropping 31,000 square feet of living space, the Sandcastle was built in 2005 by Hamptons developer Joe Farrell and is currently on the market for $43.5 million, but Beyonce and her hubby have rented it for the bargain price of $400,000 for the whole of August, reported Zillow.com.

Lying on 11.5 acres of prime Bridgehampton, New York real estate, the opulent home boasts a 2,800-square-foot master suite, pool, spa, and sunken tennis court, along with a veritable adult playground that includes a two-lane bowling alley, a virtual golf course, a skateboard half-pipe, a rock climbing wall, a media room, and full bar and disco.
