Sandra Bullock Lists Her Austin, Texas Bungalow For $2.5M

Sandra Bullock has listed her stunning bungalow in Austin, Texas, for a cool $2.5 million, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Located on nearly 2 acres, the 5,663 square foot home -- built in 1979 -- has three bedroom and two and a half baths. It boasts a fireplace in the master bathroom, cathedral ceilings, walk-in closets, a wine cellar, an in-ground pool, hot tub, a tennis court, and even a hiking and jogging trail on the premises.
The property also features a stunning view of Barton Creek and the downtown skyline.
Despite the $2.5 million asking price, according to preliminary information provided by Travis County records, the home and property are valued at $1,722,462.
The Oscar winning The Blind Side star, 47, had moved to Austin full-time with her adopted son Louis Bardo after her much publicized divorce from Jesse James following his cheating scandal more than two years ago. Shortly thereafter, James himself purchased his own home not far from Bullocks in Austin.
Although Bullock was born in Arlington, Virginia, she obviously has a soft spot for Texas; she owns the Bess Bistro in Austin. There’s no word if she plans to stay in the area or possibly move back to Los Angeles.
