Named “Rising Zen,” it was the Asian-inspired oasis that Ryan Phillippe fled to after his divorce from Reese Witherspoon.

It was on the market in 2010 at the higher price, just two years after he bought the home in the aftermath of his 2007 divorce from America’s sweetheart.
