Ryan Seacrest Lists His Hollywood Hills Estate For $12 Million

Ryan Seacrest isn't idolizing his Hollywood Hills estate. The TV mogul has listed it for a wallet-busting $11,985,000.
This is the second time Seacrest has tried to unload the property. He listed it in 2010 for $14.95 million but with no buyers, he took it off the market.
The 10,000-square-foot Mediterranean main house, built in 1974, sits behind wrought-iron gates on nearly an acre with canyon and city views.
Remodeled since Seacrest bought it from Kevin Costner in 2006 for $11.5 million, the villa features beamed ceilings, a bar, a screening room, a massive wine cellar and a gym.
There are six bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths. A guesthouse, tennis court, swimming pool with cabana, and mature trees complete the gorgeous picture.
