Kate Middleton came in second place for a spot in her husband's heart Sunday at a polo match in England.
During a break in the exhibition match action, Prince William joined Kate and their Cocker Spaniel Lupo on the sidelines, and the Prince scooped up the dog in his arms and repeatedly kissed it.
Kate was at the Beaufort Polo Club with Catherine Phillips and her young daughter Savannah -- Catherine is the wife of William's cousin Peter Phillips -- and the little girl also bonded with lucky Lupo.
