Pierce Brosnan Leasing His Malibu House For $250,000 A Month - Take A Look

Pierce Brosnan spent a dozen years designing and building his dream house on the beach in Malibu, and for a mere $250,000 a month, it can be all yours for July and August.
The 007 star and his wife Keely Shaye Smith listed the property as a rental on Friday because his upcoming filming schedule has them away for the summer.
The house is of Thai/Balinese architecture with walls of glass and has 13,000 sq. ft. of living space. There are four bedrooms and a stunning 12 full baths.
There is a salt water swimming pool, Japanese spa, cold plunge pool, full gym and a screening room. The house has solar panels and its own wear recycling plant!
The Brosnans, who have long lived in Malibu, bought this property on famed Broad Beach Rd. in 2000. They then tore down the existing home and made their plans for what they've named Orchid House.
They moved in earlier this year.
The property is valued at over $20 million, and comes with A-list neighbors like Steven Spielberg and Dustin Hoffman.
The couple also have an estate on the Hawaiian island of Kauai.
