Kourtney Kardashian is ready to pop any day now!

The heavily pregnant reality star is having a second child with long-time boyfriend Scott Disick and although she looks ready to give birth at any moment, she's certainly not letting it slow her down.

RadarOnline.com has photos of Kourtney in a cute Inca dress, shopping in Beverly Hills on Tuesday — checking out the Gucci store while Scott was in Calabasas at a local newsstand.

"Long day so far!" Kourtney tweeted. "Wish I was better at making myself take a nap!"

Fans got a labor scare last Thursday when the 33-year-old sent out a deceptive tweet saying, "Chick-fil-A and a water birth. No big deal."

She later clarified on Friday morning that she hadn't given birth yet saying, “ Witnessed a water birth last night with @KhloeKardashian. What an experience! All I can say is WOW!”
