Hunter Tylo is a very familiar face to millions of soap fans from over two decades starring in The Bold And The Beautiful, but many might not even recognize her after a dramatic transformation that is as outlandish as one of the daytime drama’s over-the-top storylines.

When the 49-year-old stepped out on the red carpet at the 52nd Monte Carlo TV Festival on Sunday, she barely looked like the ravishing brunette who has played Dr. Taylor Hayes since 1990, and RadarOnline.com has exclusive details on the suspected plastic surgery journey that has distorted her looks.

“Hunter Tylo appears to have had some Bold plastic surgery, but has it made her less Beautiful? Her lips look like they've been inflated to massive proportions, possibly from excessive injections of fat,” celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the star, exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

“Her cheeks also appear overly plumped, possibly from fat injections as well. Her face is excessively smooth, too smooth to be natural, in my opinion.

“I suspect that she's undergone hefty doses of Botox to look this way. Botox may also explain the change in her eyebrows,” he explained.

Dr. Youn is concerned that the twice divorced mother-of-three has gone too far, and he warned the former Melrose Place actress to stay out of her doctor’s office for the foreseeable future.

“If I could give her one piece of advice, it'd be to leave her face alone for a while,” he told RadarOnline.com. “She's such a natural beauty.  She doesn't need any plastic surgery.”
