Casey Anthony has been venturing out in public on a routine basis lately, going unnoticed as the Tot Mom is virtually unrecognizable due to her extreme weight gain, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Anthony has been in hiding in Florida since she was acquitted of murdering her two year old daughter, Caylee. Casey was recently baptized, and is embracing religion to signify a new beginning in her life.

"Casey has been venturing out on a much more frequent basis recently because she is almost unrecognizable," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. "Casey has gained a great deal of weight in the past six months and her face is extremely puffy. She hasn't needed to wear a disguise because of the physical transformation. Casey is finding comfort in food and she is clearly eating a lot. She typically goes out at night to rent DVDs and pick up food to go from restaurants. She is very careful to not linger anywhere when she does and tries not to make eye contact with anyone. Casey doesn't feel safe anywhere and just wants to leave the country and begin a new life."

The one time accused murderer is currently on probation for writing bad checks and is required to live in Florida until it formally ends in a few months, but Anthony's legal woes are far from over. She is being sued by Zanaida Gonzalez for defamation after Casey said a woman with a similar name kidnapped Caylee.

The trial is scheduled to begin in January and Anthony will be called as a witness by Zanaida's lawyers. "We were finally able to successfully serve a subpoena on Thursday to Casey Anthony's lawyers, ordering her to appear at the civil trial which is scheduled to begin in January 2013,” John  Dill previously told RadarOnline.com.

“We had been trying for months to serve her and we were finally able to get it done this week after a lot of legal wrangling because Casey wouldn't accept the subpoena at the location she has been hiding out in. Our client is thrilled that Ms. Anthony has now been formally served and it's a successful start in the proceeding," the lawyer stated.

According to reports, Casey Anthony is “annoyed” that she has to testify at the upcoming trial but Zenaida's lawyer minces no words, saying Anthony has only herself to blame.

"Too bad! Yes, we heard that Ms. Anthony was annoyed that she was going to have to testify at the trial," Dill tells RadarOnline.com. "This was all brought on by Ms. Anthony herself, she is the one that started down this road and it's time that she be held to answer for her actions. Zenaida's life has been absolutely upended by Ms. Anthony's actions, so, no, I don't feel bad that she is upset. Again, she brought this all on herself."
