Puck is no stranger to run-ins with the law — he was arrested in 2003 on domestic violence charges and again last June and in 2010 he and his 8-year-old son were in a car accident to which authorities determined Puck was intoxicated at the time of the incident.

According to a Pitchess Detention Center spokesperson, Puck remains jailed and has a court appearance on Wednesday.
