Mel B's return to the dance floor is "practically a done deal" as ABC execs iron out a suitable contract for the former Spice Girl to compete in this fall's Dancing With The Stars: All Stars, is exclusively reporting.

"Mel absolutely wants to come back and take another crack at winning the coveted mirror-ball trophy," a show insider tells "Mel and Maks had great chemistry together and they definitely push each others buttons, which only makes their dances more intense and fiery. Remember, Maks has never won the trophy before, it's a constant thorn in his side, and he knows his best chance of winning is going to be with Mel. It's practically a done deal that the duo will be dancing together this fall and they are already talking about how they are going to win this time."
