Jessica Simpson might finally be a mother!
The 31-year-old reality TV star’s first child was due April 20th and her family was spotted in a Los Angeles hospital Tuesday morning, possibly visiting the new mom.
Her mother Tina Simpson, her sister Ashlee Simpson and her fiancée Eric Johnson’s parents were in the hospital, but Jessica’s rep would only tell RadarOnline.com they would “keep us posted” about any impeding baby news!

Jessica has been a vocal pregnant mom saying that the reason her baby bump is so large is because she has a ton of amniotic fluid.
This will be Jessica’s first child and she has gushed about her daughter, saying that she’d better be a girly-girl or else Jess will “croak” if she asks for Nike’s and not Christian Louboutins!
