Wardrobe winners and style sinners!

From the red carpet of the hottest movie premieres and red carpet events to the city streets, Hollywood’s hottest stars were dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst & wackiest fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our weekly feature.

Jessica Biel and Kate Beckinsale continued their Total Recall style streak in Europe, in almost flawless fashion!  Before she ripped her angelic Giambattista Valli Spring 2012 Couture peplum dress at the London premiere, bride-to-be Biel looked divine at the Dublin after party, wearing a nude lace Dolce & Gabbana number and Beckinsale, who has dropped jaws every red carpet step of the way, hit the high note in a Donna Karan strapless gown, pairing stunner with Rona Pfeiffer bling and Ferragamo heels.

Other best dressed babes included Beyonce, who showed off her white hot bod in an Alexander McQueen bell-sleeved cocktail dress at the United Nations General Assembly Hall, pairing the number with Ruthie Davis heels, and Jordin Sparks, who flaunted her slimmed down figure in a fabulous Alice + Olivia peplum at the New York premiere of Sparkle.

Christina Aguilera failed to hit the high note at a press event for The Voice, sporting purple tipped locks and failing to flatter her curvy body in black leggings and a putrid print dress, while Heidi Klum wasn’t up to Project Runway standards in a lackluster leopard dress at her Truly Scrumptious Collection for Babies R Us unveiling in New York City.

As for wacky, Nicki Minaj brought her bombshell booty to TODAY, pouring her curves into a not-so-red-hot skintight cat suit.
